Weddings are always fun to attend, you meet new people, you eat yummy food and its an excuse to dress up! They usually fall under a few categories, I chose the 3 most common themes.

Summertime is wedding madness and an outdoor wedding is on top of many peoples lists. For an outdoor wedding I went for a light summery dress, some flowers in the hair to compliment the setting and bright coral accents to liven up my outfit.

The next popular theme is the Fairytale wedding, this is the opulent extravagant affair usually in a Manor house in the country side. I believe this is the only time you, as a guest, can get away with a princess style outfit yet still not overshadow the bride. So go big! I chose to pair my tulle skirt with a boyish shirt to tone it down and keep it chic, added colour clash accessories to give it a contemporary twist.

Lastly The City Wedding, these weddings are usually smaller and held in city halls/hotels with a understated, elegant, modern look. So I went for on trend colours like tan/nude and of course the ultimate city colour, black. A pair of sleek heels and big Jackie O sunnies finished off my City Wedding look.
